Any user can in any given moment ask for withdrawal (temporary or permanent) of their personal data for any of the above-explained purposes. Such demand can be sent to our e-mail address: artelegodesign@gmail.com with detailed explanation which of the consents are to be withdriven.

The user has the following rights:

• Right to access their personal data that are collected, and during that procedure the data base administrator can use all reasonable means to identify the given individual, especially within provision of online services and online identifiers.
• Right to edit and correct incorrect personal data, and during that procedure the data base administrator can use all reasonable means to identify the given individual, especially within provision of online services and online identifiers.
• Right to “forget”, i.e. erasure of all data, if the conditions from the Article 17 of GDPR have been met.
• Right to individually decide on usage pf personal data which is based on automatized data processing.
• Right to file a complaint with the competent authority against the data base administrator in case the GDPR rules are violated.

In any case of unauthorized personal data processing you have a right to file a case against ARTELEGO, obrt za dizajn, proizvodnju i trgovinu - vl. Sanja Hrgović before the competent jurisdiction and in compliance with current laws in the Republic of Croatia.
