Unique & Handmade Design

How long does the handbag process making take?

It depends how much orders we have before yours. The production and delivery time depends on the ordered item and can vary from 7 to 20 working days. Please be aware that each bag is handmade and it takes two working days for one bag to be finished. Longer production deadlines are possible in periods of increased volume of work or active promotions, for example general discounts, Black Friday, Christmas time etc.

What materials do we use?

Our vision is presenting functional art design pieces, which are timeless by using only high quality faux (Vegan) leather, metal hardware and suitable - long lasting fabrics. ARTELEGO bags are made of the highest quality German artificial ATN leather (used in the Auto-Moto and nautical industry) resistant to all external influences; UV radiation, moisture and friction. They are extremely long-lasting. The Jacquard fabric we use in our collections is also long-lasting; solid, high-quality and resistant to friction and external influences. *Cleaning artificial leather, unlike real leather, is simple - with wet wipes and does not change the quality of the material

Yes. You can send us your ideas and inquiries on our Ask form or on artelegodesign@gmail.com *We are also available on our Social networks for any questions or requests

Is it Slow Fashion?

Yes. Our bags are made in small series and as unique custom made. We advocate sustainable and ethical fashion.

Payments

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Payment in advance to a transaction account (Burmese payment). By choosing this payment method, you will receive an offer in your email containing your selected items with shipping costs and the account number to which payment must be made. Please do not make the payment before you receive the offer. Also, it is not necessary to ask for confirmation of payment or send proof of it. -Payment via PayPal is accepted. We ship international orders using Croatian National Post (Hrvatska pošta) or GLS depending on size and weight, at our discretion.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

Please note that if your order is being shipped outside of the CROATIA or the EU, you are subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.

Shipping & Returns

What are your shipping policies?

We ship all orders worldwide from our studio in Zagreb, Croatia. Items are shipped via Croatian post. Cost for delivery within Croatia is 5€. Approximate delivery time varies according to your location. Please allow 15-20 days for items to arrive for international orders and 2-5 days for domestic ones. Please contact us if you have not received the package. We charge standard fees for delivery, you’ll see the totals on the checkout page. *If you need an item by a specific date, please let us know at artelegodesign@gmail.com

What are your return policies?

We do hope that your are happy with what you received but if for some reason you are not, please do get in touch with us immediately. Please contact us by email at artelegodesign@gmail.com before returning any goods, and quote your full name, delivery address and order number. Upon receipt, we will contact you to arrange a refund or exchange and to organize the return. Have in mind: Since every bag is handmade, slight differences may appear. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Original and return postage is non refundable. We can only accept returns/exchanges for up to 14 days of receiving, providing the item is unused, in original condition. Items can only be returned/exchanged if they were purchased from our website. Once received by us, providing they are in sale-able condition you will be refunded for the full cost of the product(s) as soon as possible to the same way you used to pay for your order. Please note that the refund may take a few days to reach your account (this will depend on individual banking times). To start a return, you can contact us at artelegodesign@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: ARTELEGO, Rudeška cesta 242, 10000 Zagreb (Croatia). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
